Designed to fit perfectly within our Planks, Half-Planks, and Tie-Down Plates. Our high-tensile (10.9) T-Nuts can handle anything you throw at them. Best of all, each T-Nut is protected with a rich black heavy-duty zinc-nickel plating, to ensure it will look great when installed, and stay that way even in the most hostile environments.

Our unique modular approach, provides customers with the ability to bolt Planks and Half-Planks to their Mounting Rails in numerous positions and combinations. Customers can build the roof rack they want, and easily reconfigure it (add-remove-reposition components) whenever their needs change. Best of all, each Plank provides two channels for captive T-Nuts. This feature allows you to easily bolt accessories to the Plank at any point along the entire length.

We provide (4) Plank End-Caps; enough for (2) Planks. They bolt on easily and feature (7) slots.

Manufactured from Aircraft-Grade Aluminium Alloys and High-Strength Steel, they're extremely strong to meet the high demands they're sure to encounter. The centre acts as an easy tie-down location, while the slots on either end hold captive T-Nuts (M6, M8 & M10) that can be used to easily secure any accessories you need. Best of all, when clamped in place they sit completely flush, providing a completely smooth top surface for your roof rack.
