Chief Products Bolt Head Protectors (Slotted) are specifically designed to integrate with our product line. They provide a simple and effective way to protect exposed bolt heads underneath your WK2. The angled sides protect the bolt head from rocks and other off-road obstacles that would normally cause damage. The slotted design keys into the product and locks it into place when the bolt is tightened, eliminating any chance the bolt head protector can spin or move when hit off-road. Each one is manufactured out of 6061 Aluminium to protect against corrosion and the harsh life they're sure to encounter under your 4x4. Best of all, they install easily like a normal washer.

Chief Products Hawse Winch Fairlead delivers slim lines, large smooth radiuses (perfect for synthetic ropes) and a mirror polish finish. For maximum strength each fairlead is CNC machined from a solid billet of 6061 T6 Aluminium. We then perform high-speed machine polishing to ensure every surface is smooth and radiant. As a final process to protect the finish and deliver maximum protection from the elements, each fairlead receives 20µm of Type II Anodising. To truly appreciate the quality workmanship, you need to hold one in your hand. Best of all, we provide (2) colours so you can choose the style that looks best on your machine.

Chief Products ROOF RACK (T-Nuts) are engineered to provide maximum performance and compatibility with our Modular Roof Rack System. We offer our (10x) pack of T-Nuts in (3) sizes (M6, M8 & M10) to ensure you have the right size, no matter what accessory you're mounting. Designed to fit perfectly within our Planks, Half-Planks, and Tie-Down Plates. Our high-tensile (10.9) T-Nuts can handle anything you throw at them. Best of all, each T-Nut is protected with a rich black heavy-duty zinc-nickel plating, to ensure it will look great when installed, and stay that way even in the most hostile environments.

Chief Products ROOF RACK (Tie-Down Plates) are engineered to provide multiple ways to secure gear and accessories to your roof rack. They clamp securely between our Planks in a way that allows them to easily locate anywhere along the entire length of the Planks.

Manufactured from Aircraft-Grade Aluminium Alloys and High-Strength Steel, they're extremely strong to meet the high demands they're sure to encounter. The centre acts as an easy tie-down location, while the slots on either end hold captive T-Nuts (M6, M8 & M10) that can be used to easily secure any accessories you need. Best of all, when clamped in place they sit completely flush, providing a completely smooth top surface for your roof rack.

Chief Products ROOF RACK (Adjustable Load Rails) are engineered to be multi-functional; acting as a border, divider, grab handle or high-strength way to secure gear. Using our T-Nuts, they can be easily mounted anywhere on your roof rack. Sideways, crossways, or bridging across multiple Planks. We provide (3) different sizes, so you can combine multiple Load Rails to create the exact configuration you need. Want to change your configuration? Loosen the t-nuts, slide the Load Rails into a new position, and retighten. It's that simple!

Chief Products ROOF RACK (Roof Top Tent KIT) is designed to make installation of your Roof Top Tent super easy. The KIT includes (4) Roof Top Tent Brackets made from 5mm steel. These brackets, along with the mounting hardware from your RTT, enable you to easily and securely clamp your Roof Top Tent onto our Planks. For most customers, this KIT isn't required when using Chief Products ROOF RACK (2x Half-Planks).

An installation KIT for the WK2 Off-Road Front Bumper and WK2 Hidden Winch Mount. It provides the required mounting bracket & hardware for the Quadra-Lift Air Suspension.

An installation kit for the WK2 Hidden Winch Mount. It provides the required mounting bracket & hardware for the Adaptive Cruise Control Camera.

An installation kit for the WK2 Hidden Winch Mount. It provides the required mounting brackets & hardware for installation of OEM Tow Hooks with WK2 Hidden Winch Mount.

An installation kit for the WK2 Hidden Winch Mount. It provides a strengthening bracket for the WK2 Lower Front Guard. This bracket is recommended, but not required.

Chief Products Light Bar Mount KIT provides an easy way to mount larger-deeper light bars on Chief Products WK2 Nudge Bar. Some light bars (with a lot of depth) need to be moved forward to avoid touching the grille, especially on 2013-2015 WK2s. Our Light Bar Mount KIT, moves the light bar forward while also providing extra mounting strength.

An installation kit for the WK2 Off-Road Front Bumper. It provides the required mounting bracketry & hardware for the Adaptive Cruise Control Camera.

An installation kit for WK2 Rear Bumper Guard (Corners). It provides the required exhaust mounting bracket & hardware for single exhaust WK2s.

This adapter KIT was developed to work with older versions of our WK2 Roof Rack [MOUNTING RAILS ONLY] (purchased before November 2020). It includes (2) 8mm spacers that provide compatibility with the roof nutserts on select WK2 models with black low profile roof rails - Blackhawk, SRT, Trackhawk, etc. It can also be used on other WK2 models, if the roof nutserts are out of the normal manufacturing tolerance range (i.e. the roof nutserts sit lower than they should). It is not needed with newer versions of our WK2 Roof Rack [MOUNTING RAILS ONLY] (purchased after November 2020) since the newer version is fully adjustable and can accommodate for these roof variances.

• Chief Products Bushing Upgrade Kit was designed for older versions of our WK2 Sump Protection Plate (purchased before February 2016). It uses an extremely easy-to-install poly bushing system to eliminate creaking that can be caused by prolonged metal to metal friction.

  Most industry protection-skid-bash plates are bolted to the vehicle metal-to-metal (metal plate bolted to a metal frame member). The paint on each of these parts provides a barrier, but over a prolonged period the paint barrier can wear through creating direct metal-to-metal contact. This metal-to-metal contact can produce creaking sounds. For occasional off-roaders this often isn't a problem, since there isn't enough rubbing during normal driving to wear through the paint barrier. For more adventurous off-roaders who take long trips over corrugations or regularly perform off-roading that causes significant chassis flex, we found (during our in-the-field testing) that creaking can develop after 1-2 years. While most in the industry ignore this problem, (it often occurs outside of the warranty period) we decided to engineer a solution.

  NOTE - All of our new WK2 Sump Protection Plates (sold after February 2016) are designed to avoid the creaking issue, so this kit is not needed. We offer this kit (at our cost) as a convenience for customers with older versions of our WK2 Sump Protection Plate.

  In rare cases you may need to elongate the rear mounting holes on your WK2 Sump Protection Plate for these bushings to fit correctly.

This is the final prototype of our WK2 Sump Protection Plate (Bushing Upgrade Kit). It was installed once and is exactly the same as the production version.
