We offer our (10x) pack of T-Nuts in (3) sizes (M6, M8 & M10) to ensure you have the right size, no matter what accessory you're mounting. Designed to fit perfectly within our Planks, Half-Planks, and Tie-Down Plates. Our high-tensile (10.9) T-Nuts can handle anything you throw at them. Best of all, each T-Nut is protected with a rich black heavy-duty zinc-nickel plating, to ensure it will look great when installed, and stay that way even in the most hostile environments.

Engineered to provide improved aerodynamics, reduced wind noise, and protection from debris entering the ends of your Planks. Perfect for customers not installing a ROOF RACK (Platform Frame). We provide (4) Plank End-Caps; enough for (2) Planks. They bolt on easily and feature (7) slots.

Chief Products ROOF RACK (Tie-Down Plates) are engineered to provide multiple ways to secure gear and accessories to your roof rack. They clamp securely between our Planks in a way that allows them to easily locate anywhere along the entire length of the Planks.

Manufactured from Aircraft-Grade Aluminium Alloys and High-Strength Steel, they're extremely strong to meet the high demands they're sure to encounter. The centre acts as an easy tie-down location, while the slots on either end hold captive T-Nuts (M6, M8 & M10) that can be used to easily secure any accessories you need. Best of all, when clamped in place they sit completely flush, providing a completely smooth top surface for your roof rack.

Using our T-Nuts, they can be easily mounted anywhere on your roof rack. Sideways, crossways, or bridging across multiple Planks. We provide (3) different sizes, so you can combine multiple Load Rails to create the exact configuration you need. Want to change your configuration? Loosen the t-nuts, slide the Load Rails into a new position, and retighten. It's that simple!

This adapter KIT was developed to work with older versions of our WK2 Roof Rack [MOUNTING RAILS ONLY] (purchased before November 2020). It includes (2) 8mm spacers that provide compatibility with the roof nutserts on select WK2 models with black low profile roof rails - Blackhawk, SRT, Trackhawk, etc. It can also be used on other WK2 models, if the roof nutserts are out of the normal manufacturing tolerance range (i.e. the roof nutserts sit lower than they should). It is not needed with newer versions of our WK2 Roof Rack [MOUNTING RAILS ONLY] (purchased after November 2020) since the newer version is fully adjustable and can accommodate for these roof variances.

• Chief Products Bushing Upgrade Kit was designed for older versions of our WK2 Sump Protection Plate (purchased before February 2016). It uses an extremely easy-to-install poly bushing system to eliminate creaking that can be caused by prolonged metal to metal friction.

  Most industry protection-skid-bash plates are bolted to the vehicle metal-to-metal (metal plate bolted to a metal frame member). The paint on each of these parts provides a barrier, but over a prolonged period the paint barrier can wear through creating direct metal-to-metal contact. This metal-to-metal contact can produce creaking sounds. For occasional off-roaders this often isn't a problem, since there isn't enough rubbing during normal driving to wear through the paint barrier. For more adventurous off-roaders who take long trips over corrugations or regularly perform off-roading that causes significant chassis flex, we found (during our in-the-field testing) that creaking can develop after 1-2 years. While most in the industry ignore this problem, (it often occurs outside of the warranty period) we decided to engineer a solution.

  NOTE - All of our new WK2 Sump Protection Plates (sold after February 2016) are designed to avoid the creaking issue, so this kit is not needed. We offer this kit (at our cost) as a convenience for customers with older versions of our WK2 Sump Protection Plate.
