Chief Products Light Bar Mount KIT provides an easy way to mount larger-deeper light bars on Chief Products WK2 Nudge Bar. Some light bars (with a lot of depth) need to be moved forward to avoid touching the grille, especially on 2013-2015 WK2s. Our Light Bar Mount KIT, moves the light bar forward while also providing extra mounting strength.

Chief Products WK2 Nudge Bar (Mounting Arms Upgrade KIT) allows customers with an older WK2 Nudge Bar (purchased before October 2019) to upgrade to the latest Mounting Arms. These new Mounting Arms provide more adjustment, allowing customers to mount their WK2 Nudge Bar closer to (or farther from) the vehicle. Mounting closer to the vehicle can be helpful when having troubles with the parking sensor system.   We utilise E-Coat (Electrophoretic Coating) to provide the very highest corrosion protection available for steel automotive parts. Deposited from a water-based solution using a high voltage DC charge, the process coats all wet surfaces with an extremely tough and highly corrosion resistant finish that is unlike any other process. On top of that industry-leading electrophoretic coating we apply 80µm of extremely durable powder coat (advanced polyester thermosetting powder). Finally, whenever possible we build our products with highly corrosion resistant materials and fasteners (stainless steel, aluminium alloys, etc.) to provide enduring protection against corrosion when a coating is scratched or damaged off-road.

Chief Products Tread KIT has been specifically designed as a way to add extra styling to the Chief Products WK2 ROCK RAIL (Treads) have been specifically designed to add extra styling to your WK2 ROCK RAILS (Apex Edition). The treads utilise a dual layer design that increases step traction and provides maximum visual impact. The lower plate is Aluminium with a durable powder coat finish, providing a highly corrosion resistant layer that looks great. The upper plate is made from high-strength steel with E-Coat corrosion protection and heavy-duty textured black powder coating. Together they provide a great looking and very durable step tread for the WK2 ROCK RAILS.

Chief Products WK2 ROOF RACK (Aero) delivers enhanced styling and aerodynamic performance. Engineered to reduce wind noise by restricting the amount of high-velocity air flowing through the confined space underneath your roof rack (diverting high-velocity air up and over your roof rack).

Ideal for customers wanting optimum aerodynamic performance in high-wind conditions, cross-wind conditions, or regular high-speed driving. WK2 ROOF RACK (Aero) can be used as a replacement for the ROOF RACK (Stealth Air Dam) or in combination.

This adapter KIT was developed to work with older versions of our WK2 Roof Rack [MOUNTING RAILS ONLY] (purchased before November 2020). It includes (2) 8mm spacers that provide compatibility with the roof nutserts on select WK2 models with black low profile roof rails - Blackhawk, SRT, Trackhawk, etc. It can also be used on other WK2 models, if the roof nutserts are out of the normal manufacturing tolerance range (i.e. the roof nutserts sit lower than they should). It is not needed with newer versions of our WK2 Roof Rack [MOUNTING RAILS ONLY] (purchased after November 2020) since the newer version is fully adjustable and can accommodate for these roof variances.

• Chief Products Bushing Upgrade Kit was designed for older versions of our WK2 Sump Protection Plate (purchased before February 2016). It uses an extremely easy-to-install poly bushing system to eliminate creaking that can be caused by prolonged metal to metal friction.

  Most industry protection-skid-bash plates are bolted to the vehicle metal-to-metal (metal plate bolted to a metal frame member). The paint on each of these parts provides a barrier, but over a prolonged period the paint barrier can wear through creating direct metal-to-metal contact. This metal-to-metal contact can produce creaking sounds. For occasional off-roaders this often isn't a problem, since there isn't enough rubbing during normal driving to wear through the paint barrier. For more adventurous off-roaders who take long trips over corrugations or regularly perform off-roading that causes significant chassis flex, we found (during our in-the-field testing) that creaking can develop after 1-2 years. While most in the industry ignore this problem, (it often occurs outside of the warranty period) we decided to engineer a solution.

  NOTE - All of our new WK2 Sump Protection Plates (sold after February 2016) are designed to avoid the creaking issue, so this kit is not needed. We offer this kit (at our cost) as a convenience for customers with older versions of our WK2 Sump Protection Plate.
